About this workshop
The gentlest way in. You learn what each of the seven chakras governs, how the aura works and how to begin sensing it, and how to build a short daily cleansing and grounding practice. There is no attunement and no commitment to going further — it is understanding first, which for a lot of people is exactly the right place to start.

Questions about this workshop
Is there an attunement?
No. This course is about understanding your own energy. If you want an attunement, Reiki Level 1 is the place to go.
How long will it take me?
It is self-paced. Most people work through it over a week or two and then join the live Q&A.
Does it count towards Reiki Level 1?
It is not a prerequisite, but it does make Level 1 easier when you get there.
